Please appear in your ”leisure-smoking“. Of course we maintain your intimate zone during treatment and cover it well. On request, we will serve you a one-time slip for massages. For Thai and singing bowl massages, we recommend you wear comfortable clothes.
We want your spa treatments to match your needs in the best possible way. Especially with health problems and during pregnancy, we can tailor our service specifically to your situation. Therefore, it is important to us to be informed as early as possible.
To enjoy the full scope of your treatment time, we ask you to be at our spa reception about 5 minutes before application starts. We kindly ask you to take a shower before the treatment.
For cancellations until 24 hours before the start of treatment, you can cancel or postpone your appointment for free. In case you cancel your treatment at short notice, we will have to charge the full price of the treatment.
